General
Jewelery, whether fine or costume, needs to be treated with a certain amount of respect. It is not really designed to be worn in the shower or pool, or while working in the garden. Prolonged exposure to air, especially in humid conditions (like we have here in the South), will lead to darkening of most metals. Try avoid hitting it against hard objects or catching in clothing, and if you use perfume or hairspray, it's best to apply these before putting your jewelery on.
Storage
The simplest way to avoid tarnish and damage is to store your beautiful things in sealed 'ziploc' type bags. Not the prettiest of solutions, but very effective as they keep out the air that causes metal to oxidize. They will also stop pieces from bumping together and scratching.
Cleaning
Always be gentle! Sterling silver can be cleaned with a polishing cloth (like the Sunshine brand), but as a general rule, the simplest cleaning solution is warm soapy water and a very soft toothbrush. Never use an abrasive cleaner (even toothpaste).
Copper jewellery will darken to a rich reddish brown very quickly. If you prefer the 'bright new penny' look, just add a tablespoon or two of lemon juice to a cup of water along with a teaspoon of salt and soak the piece for a few minutes. Rinse and dry and it will be as shiny as shiny can be!
Availability
All items listed are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. However, I will occasionally make another similar piece, depending on the availability of the beads, gemstones, pendants, etc. I prefer not to duplicate items exactly, although I will reproduce certain frequently requested items.

We insure the package for the value of
your order.
Sales Tax
7.25% sales tax will be added to all items sold in or shipped to North Carolina.
Returns & Exchanges
I work hard to give you quality hand-made chainmaille and jewelry. But if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, I want to make it right. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your purchase.
Unfortunately, I can't accept returns
or exchanges on custom pieces, or earrings that have been worn.
To return an item, e-mail me first with the reason and return the piece undamaged. I recommend you return items in bubble wrap mailers and insure them.
